Ta\u010diau AI taip pat kelia rimt\u0173 i\u0161\u0161\u016bki\u0173 ir rizik\u0173, toki\u0173 kaip etiniai, teisiniai, socialiniai ir techniniai klausimai, kurie reikalauja atidaus \u012fvertinimo ir tinkamo valdymo.  <\/p>\n\n<p>To understand the current state and future trends of AI adoption within the Shared Service Centers (SSC) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organizations, <strong>Office Samurai<\/strong> and <strong>ABSL <\/strong>conducted a survey between December 19, 2023 and January 24, 2024. The survey aimed to evaluate the AI maturity level of the participating organizations, as well as their AI strategy, use cases, challenges, and expectations.
