With EaaS, you gain access to the expertise of 4 professionals with minimal investment. This model offers more flexibility than traditional body leasing, allowing for easy adjustments in project scope, priorities, or workloads. At each service level you choose a leading consultant(s), e.g. developer or analyst and get access to a pool of hours of solution architect or technical lead up to a given cap. Within the monthly fee you are secured with a backup (substitution) of additional consultants for up to 80 hours. Our organization offers high availability of specialists and enables a seamless knowledge transfer between themselves and your existing teams, giving you greater control in project management.

RPA Team formation

With RPA Team Formation, we assist you in building a strong automation in house team from the ground up. We help with recruitment, including role definitions, structure, and team size, as well as evaluating candidates. Our expertise extends to designing and implementing a project management framework tailored to your needs, providing best practices and training, and guiding you through adjustments to existing company structures. We also offer support in change management, ensuring a smooth integration of the new tech talent.

Unlike body leasing, EaaS gives you access to a variety of skill sets – you get support from any role, for instance, analyst, developer or project manager. What’s more, the service allows short contract time (min. 3 months), so there’s no long-term commitment or full-time costs of body leasing. It also offers higher flexibility, enabling you to adjust project scope and timelines as needed, while providing backup and substitution support when required.

The minimum contract duration for EaaS depends on the level of service. For entry or average-level services, the minimum is 3 months. For advanced-level services, the minimum duration is 9 months.

Yes, EaaS is designed to offer flexibility. You can adjust the scope of work, project priorities, or deadlines as your business needs change, allowing you to adapt quickly to new demands.

Unused hours do not carry over to the next month. Each month operates independently, meaning that any hours not utilized within that time frame are not accumulated or transferable to future months.

With EaaS, backup consultants are available for up to 80 hours per month. This ensures that your project progress stays on track, even if additional support or substitution is needed during critical times.

If the agreed hour limit is exceeded (with the client’s written consent), additional hours are billed according to our Rate Card. This ensures transparency in costs while providing flexibility for projects that require extended support.

Yes, at each level of the EaaS model, you have access to a pool of Architect or Technical Lead hours, up to a specified limit. This ensures that higher-level strategic support is available when needed.
