Toma oversees Office Samurai’s activities in the Nordic region, prioritizing strong client relationships. Toma has been involved in HR operations since 2012 and in automation and process improvement since 2019. She also founded the RPA community in Lithuania.

Dagmara is an experienced RPA Project Manager who oversees the activities of Office Samurai teams. She conducts training sessions and is highly dedicated to enhancing personal productivity. Dagmara excels in managing and monitoring high-volume project portfolios, ensuring efficiency and success.

Aleksandra serves as the HR and Finance Manager, overseeing key areas within the company. She is the first point of contact for candidates and provides support with employees’ daily challenges, ensuring the smooth operation of the company.

Anna is responsible for marketing, social media, and organizing events. She manages social media communication, coordinates marketing activities, and ensures the efficient organization of events, supporting the smooth functioning of the company’s operations.

Aleksandra is responsible for tasks in administration, HR, marketing and data entry. She recently completed her master’s degree in marketing and market communication. Aleksandra ensures smooth communication and support across different areas of the company.

Kinga plays a key role in all sales processes and contract management. With a focus on clients needs, she identifies the best training and prepares customized license offers. Kinga also manages tenders, ensuring compliance and timely submissions.

Zuzanna has been engaged in process improvement topics since 2010. Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, responsible for implementation of continuous improvement programs and digital transformation in various areas. Very experienced trainer and workshops’ facilitator.

Marta has been engaged in the field of RPA since 2019, including serving as a leader since 2022. Marta participates and manages the whole automation project lifecycle: from process analysis up to maintenance. UiPath MVP in 2023 and 2024. Marta has strong analytical skills and excels as a team leader.

Aleksandra has been analyzing and automating business processes since 2019, including serving as a leader since 2022. Her work spans diverse sectors including finance, customer service, and IT services. She has robust problem-solving and analytical skills.

Bernard has been involved in Robotic Process Automation since 2015. Engaged in many projects for international clientele across sectors like finance, HR, customer service, and IT. He demonstrates exceptional leadership, problem-solving and analytical skills.

Sylwia is a conscientious and professional Consultant with experience in RPA since 2017. A graduate in Mathematics with Finance and Economics, she possesses excellent analytical and numerical skills. She works independently with minimal supervision and continuously improves her trainer skills.

Dagmara has been involved in lean management since 2016 and robotic process automation since 2020. As a Business Analyst she leverages her knowledge of Lean Management to optimize business processes. Dagmara is also a trainer of Process Discovery, Mapping and Lean Management.

Konrad is a Technical Lead with experience in RPA since 2019. He is an author of the solution awarded at the UiPath EMEA Partner Awards in Innovation category. In 2023 and 2024, he won the title of UiPath Most Valuable Professional.

Maria has been gaining experience in RPA since 2020. She leads diverse projects for a global clientele across finance, HR, customer service, and IT sectors, showcasing her strong cloud, integration and apps experience.

Andrzej is experienced in UiPath and Blue Prism platforms. He has worked on numerous projects for international clients (Poland, Switzerland, USA, India, UK, Germany) across banking, sales, logistics, human resources, and accounting.

Rafał has been working in business process automation since 2021. He enhances automated workflows tailored to diverse business sectors, including HR, finance, and purchasing. Known technologies include UiPath and MS Power Automate.

Magda is a Blue Prism RPA developer with experience in RPA since 2018. Magda excels in all phases of RPA project lifecycle from analysis, development, testing, implementation to maintenance. Absolvent of Mathematics, Physics and Data Analysis/Data Mining studies.

Kamil is a Senior RPA Developer with experience in business process automation since 2021. Kamil has effectively operated on a multitude of projects for international clients spanning the US, Germany, and Poland, across a spectrum of industries.

Michał has 17+ years experience, mostly in finance. He is well-versed in numerous IT tools and ERP systems. He has a strong background in all accounting processes, great command of acquisition and transfer, implementation projects and transitions.

Tomasz has been involved in RPA since 2022 and additionally he has 5 years of experience in global manufacturing and supply companies. Originally, he is an industrial automation and robotics engineer with self-taught programming skills.

Szymon has robust foundations in finance, analysis, tax accounting and business process management. His expertise extends to tax planning, compliance and reporting. Szymon streamlines workflows by leveraging cutting-edge tools such as UiPath and Power Apps.

Krzysztof is experienced in automation development and process analysis with UiPath, while also learning BluePrism. His background includes Investor Services and Anti-Money Laundering departments, where he automated processes among Citizen Developers.

Aleksandra has been working in RPA since 2023. With a strong foundation in Lean Management principles and a customer-centric, holistic approach developed through years in customer service, she brings a unique perspective to process improvement initiatives.

Wanda has been specializing in process analysis, creating automated solutions, and implementing improvements since 2024. She has strong data analysis skills and expertise in UiPath software.

Rafał began his automation journey in 2024. He actively develops skills by participating in various projects. Through hands-on experience, Rafał has gained a deep understanding of automation tools and techniques making him a valuable asset in every project.
