Just like the historical Samurai followed their Bushidō (Way of the Warrior), we have our own code that guides not only how we work but how we try to be better people. With two inviolable rules – “no bullshit” and “no assholes” – we make it clear that we don’t tolerate hostility, empty talk, or people unwilling to get their hands dirty. We value honesty, hard work, and respect.
