I’ve been working at Office Samurai since 2021. I started in administration, but now I focus on marketing and event organization – something I’ve always dreamed of. This company gave me the opportunity to enter the industry despite having no prior experience, and thanks to the support of my team and managers, I’ve been able to grow from day one.

I joined Office Samurai in 2021 as a Customer Success Manager and was immediately impressed by the flexible work environment. Since 2024, I’ve been working as a Delivery Manager. I oversee four teams and ensure the successful delivery of projects for over 20 clients. It’s a challenge and a responsibility, but also an opportunity for growth and shaping company structures. I know that with smart resource management and the right technology, we can move mountains – and achieve (almost) the impossible. 🙂

Imagine talking to a friend about how the company they work for is great, but not doing anything about it. Then fast forward 1-2 years time, you apply for a job, because the offer looks too good to be true. It turns out to be the same company and you get excited. But in the end – you don’t get in.

It doesn’t put you off. Along the recruitment you get to know the people and company better, which reassures you about the decision. You apply again and… bummer. Maybe the third time’s the charm, despite some calling it a fixation? You apply, the process gets long because of a busy time, but you keep focus on your goal.
