Process Discovery Training - Processes identification and preparation
Process Discovery training is aimed at employees who want to learn how to analyze business processes in search of those that are suitable for automation and improvement. Thanks to the training, participants will learn how to prioritize transformation activities in the organization and how to prepare selected processes for them. The training provides participants with the practical knowledge and tools they need to work.
For whom? The training is designed for business analysts and project managers with basic experience in business process analysis or review.
After the training, the participant will receive
01. Certificate confirming the completion of the training and the achievement of new skills and knowledge
(in Polish and/or English)
02. Training materials (presentation, sample documents etc.)
03. Knowledge of business process analysis and practical skills that can be applied in everyday work
