Believes that best processes and projects come from engaged leadership and empowerment of all employees.

Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, experienced trainer, university lecturer, author. Co-founder of Service Process Improvement Network association and Office Samurai.

Dominik has worked as an analyst, project leader, and people manager for many polish and international organizations. He has been building global structures (Mexico, Manila, Krakow), setting up group-wide Automation Centers of Excellence, and supporting several global restructuring and transformation programs.

Currently developing his business at Office Samurai – a company that supports corporate clients in process improvement and automation. Dominik has experience in leading projects in finance, HR, banking, IT, and NGO. As a fan of agile and lean philosophies, he tries to combine them both in daily work.

Zuzanna is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with 12+ years of experience as a trainer and CI specialist in different SSC/GBS organizations. Since 2019 Zuzanna is a guest lecturer at Jagiellonian University and WSE Krakow, giving lectures and workshops on topics like process management, visual management, process mapping, problem-solving, lean management and six sigma.

She is passionate about Continuous Improvement concepts and tools. Experienced trainer and project mentor. One of the co-founders of the Service Process Improvement Network (SPIN) Association.

Dagmara is a Senior Consultant with 7 years of experience in lean management and robotic process automation. She effectively combines process thinking with advanced UiPath development skills. She worked on multiple projects for worldwide customers form different sectors (FMCG, Insurance, Logistics, Finance, Manufacturing).

Dagmara is coordinating Process Discovery projects at Office Samurai and when required she can take a role of Business Analyst or Automation Architect.

Bernard has over 6 years of experience in designing and delivering solutions in the field of process automation and RPA.

He participated in many projects to improve and automate processes using UiPath, Blue Prism, SAP GUI Scripting, VBA, VB net, PowerBI and MS Power Automate technologies. He has worked on multiple projects for clients around the world in finance, HR, customer service and IT.

At Office Samurai, Bernard specialize s in delivering trainings in the area s of MS Power Automate, VBA, SAP Scripting and Blue Prism. He also actively develop s robots in Blue Prism, MS Power Automate and UiPath.

Ania has 3 years of experience as an Automation Consultant. In her work she combines the two positions of RPA Developer and Business Analyst. She specialises in analysing potential processes for automation and creating robots using UiPath technology. Her adventure with automation started with the development of Python scripts to streamline processes in an outsourcing company.

Together with team, Ania won second place in the Chat Bot category at UiPath HyperHack 2020. The knowledge and experience gained in the area of business process automation allows Ania to provide valuable solutions for our clients.
