Opening the event with a welcome from the host, an overview of the agenda, and key goals of the session.

Toma Vevelstad
Managing Partner
Andrzej will share his perspective on why most companies investing in AI fail to achieve real business value despite widespread adoption. He will explain how a lack of strategy, governance, and scalable processes leaves organisations stuck in costly experiments. He will also introduce a practical framework for moving from fragmented AI initiatives to a structured, value-driven digital workforce.

Andrzej Kinastowski
Managing Partner
Enterprise work is increasingly executed across humans, robots, and AI agents – but without orchestration, complexity and handoffs slow everything down. This session explores how agentic orchestration creates a unified layer across processes and case-based workflows, enabling faster decisions, fewer errors, and seamless collaboration.

What if the biggest productivity issues in your organization are the ones you don’t expect?
This session reveals surprising insights from real work patterns uncovered with KYP.ai – from meeting overload and inbox chaos to hidden distractions and misleading “productivity” signals.
A thought‑provoking talk for leaders and transformation professionals who want to improve how work really gets done, not how it looks on paper.

Zuzanna Pamula
Process Transformation Manager

Michał Kozubski
Senior Automation Consultant
Organizations see the most value when automation evolves from isolated use cases into scalable, industry-specific solutions. This session explores how agentic automation adds a smart layer above core systems—transforming processes like purchase-to-pay while enabling reuse across functions and industries.

Mediq is a Nordic medical supply company processing thousands of orders daily across four countries. In this talk, Jacob Langvad Nilsson shares how Mediq is building AI and automation capability across the organization, from touchless order processing and process automation to an internal Practical AI community that helps colleagues integrate AI into their daily work. He covers the principles that guide Mediq’s approach (infrastructure before intelligence, pull over push, governance before scale), what went wrong along the way, and where the journey is heading with agentic commerce and AI-driven workflows.

Jacob Langvad Nilsson
Digital Project Lead
In highly acquisitive organizations, the period immediately after a deal closes is critical. Leaders must maintain business continuity, manage inherited ways of working, and align teams quickly without disrupting daily operations. Automation and Process excellence be used as a management tool to support post‑merger integration—stabilizing operations on Day 1 while enabling long‑term scale.
Rather than focusing on technology, the discussion reframes automation as an integration mechanism that helps absorb legacy automations, reduce operational risk, and establish a common operating model. Attendees will learn how a clear, repeatable lifecycle—intake, delivery, operation, and continuous improvement—supports governance, accountability, and value realization across merged organizations.

Document Understanding revolutionizes logistics processes for E/D/E
E/D/E, a 90-year-old family-owned business, supporting €9.3 billion worth of purchases annually, faced critical challenges due to older IT systems and a long legacy.
Finance leader Holger Gerlach (team leader in the finance department at E/D/E), partnered with Office Samurai to automate VAT validation, slashing the six-hour monthly process down to 50 minutes and eliminating €500 in accountant fees.
The largest commercial success was achieved using Document Understanding: this technology enabled the handling of 700 different supplier document formats in the central warehouse, which is crucial for managing 6,300 daily deliveries.
This strategic automation project also secured a lucrative factoring contract by checking 20,000 debtors in just three and a half weeks.

Sappi: 132 automations and 13,000 hours saved in logistics
Sappi, a leading global provider of everyday materials based on woodfire-based renewable resources, identified a multitude of repetitive tasks across its European departments.
Leveraging UiPath technology and support from Office Samurai, the company successfully deployed 132 automations. Their flagship project, Gutenberg, utilizes Document Understanding to process approximately 12,000 booking confirmation documents from freight carriers annually. This process, which manually consumed close to 2,000 hours per year, now requires human intervention in only 20% of cases, showcasing its high efficiency. Cumulatively, Sappi has saved about 13,000 hours in the European region alone in the last year.
